The process of making a bespoke piece for you begins with a conversation on the phone, per email or if you drop into our shop. Let us know what ideas you have for your unique piece of jewellery, as well as the timeframe we are working to and if you have a rough budget.

We will meet and discuss your ideas in more detail and talk about stones and other materials and we will guide you through the nature of each material, so you can make a well informed decision. After gaining a closer understanding of your idea, we will draw some designs or put together examples of our previous work and we will refine the design for your bespoke piece. At this stage, we will start to source stones and other materials for you to view.

Once the design is finalised and signed off, we request a deposit before we move on to the next step and start making your piece.

And then, the part of the process which we love the most starts.

We will hand make your bespoke piece from start to finish, in our Edinburgh workshop.

Every part of your piece of jewellery will be hand made from scratch the traditional way.

During the entire process, you will be kept in the loop of how your piece is progressing and we will let you know once it is all finished and ready for you to pick it up.

Should you be unable to visit our shop, it is possible to follow through the process via email, phone or video call and we can deliver the finished piece to you.
